Quick answers
I can't sign in.
Sign-ins are personal — each circle member has their own email and password, never shared. If you joined by invite, use the email you entered on the invite page. During the pilot, write to support and a human will sort it out; self-serve password reset ships before public launch.
How do I add or remove someone from the circle?
Guardians can invite new allies from the Money & Circle tab — every invite requires the new person's own consent, and new approvers wait out a cooling-off period. Removals during the pilot are handled by support so removals themselves can't be abused by a scammer coaching someone by phone.
Where's my "Your month, protected" report?
It generates automatically at day 28 of each cycle and is texted to the owner and guardians — and any owner or guardian can send the current one anytime from the Money & Circle tab.
How do I export our records?
Owners and guardians can download the household's full Evidence Pack — the tamper-evident record, consents, and case log — from the Protection Record card. It verifies independently, without any GuardCircle software.
